This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Devolutions. Remote Desktop Manager is referenced only to describe compatible workflows.
Digital package refunds
If a purchased package is not delivered, is duplicated by mistake, or clearly does not match the published package description, contact support@devolutions-guide.com with the order details.
Scope limits
Refunds are not based on whether a particular access policy is accepted by your organization. The materials are planning resources, not official vendor support or guaranteed implementation outcomes.
Request window
Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase. We review each request against delivery records, package scope, and the issue described in the message.
